All ordered items in stock will be dispatched within 2-3 working days, although most orders placed before 1pm will be sent out that same day. All orders will generally be sent via Royal Mail or courier - dependent on weight / size. Standard shipping and handling fee is £3.99 + VAT. This is a flat rate charge regardless of order size. Standard shipping via Royal Mail 2nd class should take 2-3 working days but can take longer due to delays in transit, once the order has been shipped and is with the external shipping company we cannot be held responsible for delays.

Shipping within the UK is FREE on all orders over £250 +VAT and are sent via next day courier.

Shipping to Ireland and the Channel Islands is via a two-day courier service at a flat rate of £19.99 + VAT. Please note that VAT cannot be separated from any order and will not be refunded after an order is placed. Cancelled orders will need to be returned before they can be refunded.

Please note that we do not ship orders internationally.

If you require your order urgently, then Next Day delivery is available on most orders at a flat rate of £9.99 + VAT - but this is via arrangement only so we can check stock and courier cut off. These orders will be despatched via an appropriate next day courier service. To arrange, please call us on 0871 288 5779. We regret we are unable to offer a weekend dispatch or delivery service. Our lines are open 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Our Next Day service is not a guaranteed service, but over 99% of orders dispatched this way do arrive on the next working day. If you wish to absolutely guarantee delivery next day, you are welcome to arrange collection of the goods from our offices yourself. Please call us on 0871 288 5779 to arrange this.

Deliveries to remote areas may be subject to additional surcharges and/or delays. It is your responsibility to confirm whether this applies to your chosen delivery address before dispatch.

Any items which are out of stock will be marked on the invoice and will follow when the outstanding order is completed. These items will be sent at our expense as a single shipment. If the outstanding items are no longer required then it is your duty to inform us you no longer require them before they are dispatched.

Please check any deliveries as they arrive and mark on the courier sheet if any items are damaged or missing.
